Martin is a Brand Strategist and experienced lecturer with a background from Lowe, BBDO and Hallvarsson & Halvarsson. He specializes in how sustainability connects with brands, culture and purpose. Martin has worked with companies such as Assa Abloy, IKEA, SSAB, SCA and Skandia. He holds a master’s degree from the School of Economics and Management at Lund University and has recently completed the Economics of Mutuality course on corporate purpose at Said Business School, Oxford University.

Johan holds a PhD in sustainable finance and has spent the past 12 years working as Head of Sustainability at the Swedish Export Credit Corporation, where he enabled and lead sustainable business practices in Sweden and internationally. He has extensive experience from global sustainability guidelines and EU regulations, specializing in how financial materiality impacts corporate strategy. As part of the executive management team and credit committee at SEK, Johan has worked hands-on with sustainability strategies and change management.
