CHALLENGE
Attracting and retaining top talent is a major challenge facing organizations today. To help tackle this issue, Prevas turned to Make Thrive to develop an employer brand strategy.
SOLUTION
Make Thrive created the employer value proposition (EVP) "Home of Ingenuity" which aligns to their corporate purpose. A manifesto was crafted along with employee-focused films from offices across Sweden. The team also helped revitalize Prevas' career page and developed an onboarding journey and e-learning programs to reinforce the brand and culture as well as Prevas sustainability engagement.
Currently, Make Thrive is supporting Prevas in elevating their sustainability efforts by improving their strategy, reporting, and target definition and delivery. With these efforts, Prevas is well on its way to becoming a sought-after employer and a true home of ingenuity.
